ABOUT ROS

Ros has been studying and practicing yoga for over 15 years.   

​

Classes are designed to cultivate an internal atmosphere of deep connection, patience and compassion, her offerings are safe, sustainable and available to everyone! 

​

Clear instruction and heartfelt sensitivity provide a safe space for all practitioners to

dive into.

​

Ros creates yoga sequences that offer different options to all levels of practice. She is adept at teaching both advancing practitioners, beginners, and even those with injury. 

 

Classes are a blend of asana, pranayama and meditation. Ashtanga vinyasa remains her central reference and informs

all of her teachings. 

​

Ros's main residence is  in Antigua but she  spends a few months of the year in Cape Town, South Africa.  She is the mother of two young men who continually inspire her to rise to her fullest potential.
