ABOUT ROS

Ros has been studying and practicing yoga for over

15 years. Classes are designed to cultivate an internal atmosphere of deep connection, patience and compassion, her offerings are safe, sustainable

and available to everyone!

Clear instruction and heartfelt sensitivity provide a safe space for all practitioners to dive into.

​

Ros creates yoga sequences that offer different options to all levels of practice. She is adept at teaching both advancing practitioners, beginners, and even those with injury. 

 

Classes are a blend of asana, pranayama and meditation. Ashtanga vinyasa remains her central reference and informs all of her teachings. 

​

Ros's main residence is  in Antigua but she  spends

a few months of the year in Cape Town, South Africa. 

She is the mother of two young men who continually inspire her to rise to her fullest potential.
