PUBLIC CLASSES

All public classes in Antigua are at Energie in English Harbour.  The schedule varies from season to season but is continually updated both here and on Instagram.

When Ros travels, she is  often invited to be a guest teacher at various studios.

​

Classes are a disciplined blend of asana, pranayama and meditation.

Ros' offerings are  safe, sustainable and available to everyone:

CLASS STYLES

ASHTANGA:   

A modified version of the primary series is offered.  Practitioners are met where they are:  beginners and advancing practitioners often share this space.

​

YIN: 

A blend of Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and deep contemplation.

EMBODIED MOVEMENT FLOW:  Evening classes are mindful movement and meditation practices.  Expect it all.  All levels welcome.
 

Private

PRIVATE CLASSES

Private classes can be just that:  You and Ros.

If you prefer with your partner, this is a popular option.Friend groups  and families often come together for a special occasion or just because they enjoy deepening connections and bonds.

Boat crews often come together and practice either on their boat or at the studio.

FOR BEGINNERS: 

Beginner students benefit enormously from these sessions: Ros prepares you for public classes, so that your practice is informed and therefore safe.   

​

ADVANCING STUDENTS: 

Private classes will give you the opportunity to take your practice deeper.

​

GROUPS:

Families often come together, or small groups of friends to deepen bonds and connect. 

 

CORPORATE YOGA:

Corporate Yoga is offered for small or large businesses as a way of promoting employee wellbeing, stress release and bonding.

 

PRENATAL:

Pre and post natal classes are offered.  Ros has worked closely and safely with a number of moms.  Sometimes joined by friends and family, these prenatal classes have become one of Ros's favourite offerings.  

These offerings can be shared at your home, on your boat, at Energie or at Ros' home in Turtle Bay.
